The Production Chain
Scroll through the factory.
Five stages. Every variable logged. From the grove to the grader, nothing is left to chance.
01 / Plantation & Harvest
Selected at 4–5 years. Not a day younger.
We harvest only when culm wall density reaches structural grade — typically 4 to 5 years of growth. Every pole is hand-selected by crew leaders who have worked the same plantation for over a decade. Mud-caked and heavy, they arrive at the processing hall within 6 hours of cutting.

02 / Splitting & Strip Selection
The first cut reveals everything.
Poles are split longitudinally into strips within 12 hours of harvest to prevent checking. Each strip passes a density-and-straightness gauge. Outer skin and inner pith are discarded — only the middle third of the wall makes the grade. Rejection rate runs 22% by volume.

03 / Boiling & Carbonization
Boron bath. Three hours. Zero compromise.
Strips spend 3 hours in a boric-acid solution at 95°C — eliminating starch content that attracts insects and mold. Carbonized product batches undergo an additional dry-heat stage at 180°C for 4 hours, creating the uniform caramel tone without chemical staining. pH and concentration are logged per batch.

04 / Lamination & Pressing
1,200 psi. E0 adhesive. Measured twice.
Dried strips are coated with E0-rated formaldehyde-free adhesive and pressed at 1,200 psi for 90 minutes. Each press cycle is temperature-logged. Strand-woven product uses a different geometry — strips are randomly oriented under 3,000 psi for 2 hours, producing the hardest bamboo composite we make.

05 / Moisture Testing & Grading
Below 12% before it leaves the floor.
Every board is tested with a calibrated pin-type moisture meter after kiln conditioning. Boards reading above 12% go back. Grade A product averages 9–10% MC, suitable for interior structural and furniture applications in any climate. Grade B (10–12%) is appropriate for exterior structural use. All readings are recorded and included with your shipment documentation.

Documentation & Compliance
Every certificate. Every batch.
Architects specifying LEED credits and buyers clearing customs both need the same thing: paperwork that holds up. Ours does.

Chain-of-custody certification from plantation to point of export. Certificate number available on request for all shipments.
Issued per shipment by accredited inspection authority. Confirms absence of regulated pests and compliance with destination country import requirements.
Adhesive systems meet E0 standard (≤0.5 mg/L formaldehyde) — the most stringent tier, accepted in EU, Japan, and California CARB Phase 2 markets.
Per-batch moisture readings, density measurements, and adhesive lot numbers. Included digitally with every shipment, archived for 7 years.

Four products.
One supply chain.
Custom dimensions, finishes, and volumes available. Container-load minimum (typically 20–24 m³) for all products.

Strand Woven Plank
The hardest bamboo composite we produce. Randomly oriented strips pressed at 3,000 psi. Janka hardness 5,000+ lbf — harder than most hardwoods. Standard size 1850×125×14mm.

Laminated Panel
Edge-glued or face-glued configurations. Available 6–40mm thickness. Clean, consistent grain. Ideal for furniture, cabinetry, and architectural cladding.

Structural Beam
Glulam-style laminated bamboo beams engineered for load-bearing applications. Available up to 6m lengths. Structural calculations and load tables on request.

Raw Pole
Boron-treated whole culms, Ø60–150mm, lengths 3–6m. Phytosanitary cleared. Preferred by landscape architects and pole structure builders who need natural form with pest resistance.
Need custom dimensions or a private-label run?
Minimum 40 m³ for custom profiles. Lead time 6–8 weeks from confirmed order.
